Our liability as a service provider under the terms of articles 8 to 10 TMG does not, however, extend to responsibility for verifying information from outside sources, which might be transmitted or saved via the site, nor for monitoring situations that might indicate illegal activity. This does not affect our obligation, under the terms of general legislation, to remove or block access to certain information. Liability in this respect shall, however, only apply from the moment in which we become aware of a specific infringement of the law. We shall, upon becoming aware of any such legal infringements, immediately remove the content concerned.

We shall nevertheless, upon becoming aware of any such infringement, immediately remove the hyperlinks concerned.
